Founded originally as Overly Pools and Masonry back in 2004, OSA has carved a niche in the North Texas space as a turnkey provider, able to not only build out the entire amenity lifestyle experience, but also handle every aspect of the design. Our long-time experienced project managers, engineers, and strategists have dealt with a wide range of projects to develop a full understanding of what each undertaking entails, and how to do it most efficiently and effectively.
